Cerebro-Heart-Tone Capsule has the effect of benefiting qi and activating blood (tonifying qi and blood, making the body full of qi and blood, and the blood veins smooth), activating blood, resolving blood stasis and opening up collaterals. Cerebro-Cardiac Capsule is composed of Astragalus, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix et Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, Radix et Rhizoma Saffron, Boswelliae Serratae, Myrrh, Rhizoma Polygoni Multiflori, and other traditional Chinese medicine. It has the effect of benefiting qi and activating blood circulation, resolving blood stasis and opening up the channels. It can be used for the treatment of hemiplegia (one side of the limbs can not move freely), numbness of limbs, crooked eyes and mouth, strong tongue and speech, and chest paralysis (chest pain), chest pain, chest tightness, palpitations (heartbeat accelerated, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath; cerebral infarction, coronary angina pectoris belonging to the above symptoms. The adverse reactions of Cerebro-Cardiac Capsules are not clear. This drug is contraindicated in pregnant women. This drug should be taken under the guidance of a doctor to avoid discomfort.
