Coronary heart disease 1, 2, 3, what are the criteria

At present, angina pectoris in coronary heart disease is commonly used in the Canadian Cardiac Society CCS classification, according to the severity can be divided into class Ⅰ, class Ⅱ, class Ⅲ, Ⅳ, as follows:
1. Grade I: daily activities such as walking, wiping the table, etc. are not restricted, angina will be induced by heavy physical activities or overwork, at this time, the symptoms of chest tightness, chest pain and other symptoms are relatively mild, and drug treatment is more effective.
2. Grade II: daily activities are mildly restricted, and angina attacks are triggered by heavy physical activities, but drug treatment is more effective;
3. Grade III: obvious limitation of daily physical activities, such as walking 100 meters or going up a flight of stairs, angina occurs, indicating that the degree of blood vessel stenosis is more serious and daily life has been affected.
4. Grade IV: angina attack symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain and sweating occur during quiet rest, which may be the precursor of myocardial infarction.
As the level of angina rises, it means that the condition is more serious. It is recommended that patients with coronary heart disease go to the hospital and follow the doctor’s instructions for active treatment.
