Adverse reactions of Angong Niuhuang Wan: There are reports in the literature that improper use of this product caused hypothermia, and some individual patients caused allergic reactions. Angong Niu Huang Pills, composed of bull’s huang, concentrated powder of buffalo horn, musk or artificial musk, pearl, vermilion sand, andrographis paniculata, yellow rhubarb, scutellaria, gardenia and so on. It has the efficacy of clearing heat and removing toxins (removing heat, poison and evil qi from the body), and calming alarm and opening the mind. Angong Niuhuang Wan is used for fever, evil into the pericardium, febrile convulsions (due to high fever causing convulsions and seizures), delirium tremens (delirium, nonsense); stroke coma and encephalitis, meningitis, toxic encephalopathy, cerebral hemorrhage, septicemia, see the above symptoms.
