Symptoms of Obstructive Anemia

Obstructive anemia shall refer to aplastic anemia (referred to as remittent anemia). Symptoms of remittent anemia generally include: anemia-related symptoms, infection and bleeding. 1. Anemia-related symptoms: common pallor, fatigue, palpitations, dizziness and shortness of breath. 2. Infection: neutropenia or lack of neutrophils in patients with remittent syndrome often leads to various infections, and most of the patients have different degrees of fever, with respiratory tract infections being the most common, followed by gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, skin and mucous membrane infections. 3. Bleeding: there are different degrees of skin, mucous membrane and visceral bleeding, mainly caused by different degrees of thrombocytopenia. Skin manifests as bleeding spots or large petechiae, and there may be nosebleeds, gum bleeds, conjunctival hemorrhages, etc. Deep organ bleeding can be seen in the eyes. Deep organ hemorrhage can be seen in fundus hemorrhage, vomiting blood and hemoptysis, blood in stool, hematuria, vaginal bleeding and intracranial hemorrhage. Female patients may have excessive menstruation.
