Allergic eczema is divided into acute, subacute, and chronic phases. The acute phase is characterized by papules, papules, small blisters, vesicles and exudation; the subacute phase is characterized by scaly skin and papules; the chronic phase is characterized by hyperpigmentation, scaling, skin thickening and moss-like changes; the treatment includes internal and external treatment. Internal treatment is mainly anti-allergic drugs, including H1 receptor and H2 receptor antagonists; in the acute stage, the manifestation is blistering and exudation, and external treatment is mainly wet compresses; in the subacute stage, ointment or suspension is the main treatment; in the chronic stage, ointment treatment is the main treatment.
