What’s wrong with cracked and itchy testicular skin?

Cracked and itchy testicular skin may be caused by allergy, orchitis, folliculitis and so on.
1. Allergy: if the patient is allergic to some foods, drugs, clothes and the surrounding environment, it will lead to testicular skin cracking and itching, and some patients will have localized ulcers, swelling and other symptoms.
2. Orchitis: If infected by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus aureus, it will lead to cracking and itching of testicular skin, accompanied by obvious pressure and pain of testicle, nausea, fever, chills and other symptoms.
3. Folliculitis: if localized folliculitis occurs, the inflammation spreads to the surrounding area and causes cellulitis, and after the inflammation recovers, there will be local dry cracks, itching, peeling and other symptoms.
