Bone marrow invasion of stage IV lymphoma is usually treated with chemotherapy and targeted drugs if available. Bone marrow infiltration of lymphoma can occur with the development of the disease, which is mainly manifested by the decrease of whole blood cells or one of the types of cells such as leukopenia, hemoglobin decrease or thrombocytopenia. Bone marrow infiltration in stage IV lymphoma generally means that the disease has entered the advanced stage, and the main treatment mode is still to consider chemotherapy as the main treatment mode, using super-dose chemotherapy supported by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to remove as many abnormal lymphoma cells as possible in the patient’s body. If there are indications for the use of targeted drugs, targeted drug therapy can also be considered. Taking diffuse large B lymphoma with bone marrow infiltration as an example, on the basis of the conventional chemotherapy regimen, targeted drugs such as Merovia and Lenalidomide can be added to the treatment. Patients should strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for drug treatment.
