Infantile intestinal obstruction may be caused by congenital intestinal malformation, gastrointestinal peristaltic disorder or intestinal tumor. 1. Congenital intestinal malformation: Infantile intestinal obstruction has a high probability of being caused by congenital intestinal malformation, such as congenital intestinal adhesion, due to intestinal adhesion leading to intestinal space insufficiency, intestinal material can not be discharged smoothly, thus intestinal obstruction; in addition, due to the narrowing of intestinal lumen caused by congenital underdevelopment, so intestinal content can not pass through normally, forming intestinal obstruction. 2. Gastrointestinal peristalsis disorder: infants have poor gastrointestinal peristalsis, such as constipation and indigestion. Food residues accumulate in the intestines and cannot be discharged smoothly, which leads to gastrointestinal peristaltic disorder and ultimately forms intestinal obstruction. 3. Intestinal tumor: if the infant has an intestinal tumor, due to the lack of timely treatment of the tumor, the tumor grows bigger and bigger, and when the tumor reaches a certain level, the intestinal contents cannot be discharged normally, thus forming intestinal obstruction. For infants with intestinal obstruction, they should go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions to give treatment, and it is not recommended to delay the disease.
