What happened to the uneven echoes inside the breast?

During a color ultrasound examination of the breast in the hospital, if the echogenicity in the breast is uneven. First, it should be considered to be caused by breast enlargement. Mammary gland hyperplasia tends to occur in women of childbearing age, especially before menstruation, after pregnancy and during lactation. Abnormally high estrogen levels in the body can lead to excessive hyperplasia of breast tissue, and incomplete breast restoration can cause local hyperplastic manifestations, and increased hormone levels can also lead to swelling and tingling at the site of the lump. Therefore, color ultrasonography will show uneven echogenicity inside the breast, which is an imaging feature. During the ultrasound examination, attention should also be paid to the presence of other diseases in the breast, such as breast nodules or localized foci of calcification. Echo heterogeneity of the nodules inside the breast during the examination does not exclude the possibility of malignant changes, so surgery can be performed if necessary in conjunction with the doctor’s opinion.
