Normal stool is yellow in color, cylindrical in shape, and soft in texture.1 If the stool appears angular, the presence of intestinal masses needs to be considered and can be observed by gastrointestinal endoscopy. If there is a relatively large protruding bulge in the ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, or sigmoid intestine, a biopsy with tissue forceps is needed for pathology. One condition is colon cancer, generally colon cancer in the early stage is not broken, manifested as submucosal swelling, to the middle and late stage can be manifested as mucosal pus and blood stool, irregular prismatic stool and accompanied by abdominal pain, weight loss and other symptoms. 2, another condition is if there is a large number of polyps in the intestine, polyps are relatively large, may also cause stool shape change. If there are angles in the stool, be sure to promptly consult and do the examination, and try to detect and treat any disease as early as possible to exclude the masses.
