The pulse is sunken or slow, the tongue is light with tooth marks, fear of cold, the limbs are not warm, the waist and knees are cold, the urine is long and clear, and impotence. Yang tonics mainly include cistanches, lockjaw, deer horn, bone marrow, Xianling spleen, etc.; Yang tonics mainly include leeks, pecan meat, dog meat, mutton, etc.
