Paianprilizumab may produce rash, anemia, fever, skeletal muscle pain, diarrhea, colitis, and other hazards. Paianprilizumab is generally used for patients with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma who have undergone at least second-line systemic chemotherapy; during administration, the drug may cause patients to experience a variety of side effects such as elevated alanine aminotransferase, rash, anemia, fever, and skeletal muscle pain, which usually resolve after discontinuation or lowering of the drug dose. Note that this drug is contraindicated in patients with moderate to severe hepatic insufficiency, severe renal impairment, allergy to the drug, etc. Children, patients with mild hepatic and renal insufficiency need to use this drug with caution. The drug must be used under the guidance of doctors with experience in tumor treatment, do not abuse the drug privately; if patients experience discomfort during the use of the drug, they should seek prompt medical relief.
