What exercises do eight-month-olds need

Eight-month-old babies need to perform crawling exercises, pulling and standing up exercises, and shifting feet exercises. Eight-month-old babies’ eye and hand coordination develops gradually, and they are able to express their wishes clearly and crawl over to take or reach for things they like when they see them. Parents can help babies develop and exercise their whole body and limbs through toys. 1. Crawling exercise: the baby is prone position, tilt the head up, with the hands to support the body, parents can put the baby’s favorite toys in front, tease and encourage the baby to crawl forward, to get the toy.
