Looking at the CT of the lungs with problems is usually considered first to the respiratory department. If the respiratory department finds inflammation in the lungs, anti-inflammatory treatment will be given, and if a tumor is found, CT-guided puncture and bronchoscopy will be done according to the characteristics of the condition, and if necessary, surgical treatment will be transferred. If pulmonary tuberculosis is considered, the patient should be referred to the department of infection or tuberculosis and given anti-tuberculosis treatment. If diseases such as vasculitis or connective tissue disease are considered, referral to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology may be considered, as well as admission to the Respiratory Unit for inpatient treatment. In conclusion, if a lung CT reveals a problem, generally consider seeing a respiratory unit first, and then decide whether to transfer the unit for treatment depending on the situation.
