Pediatric acute glomerulonephritis is a diffuse glomerulopathy caused by post-infectious immunity, and the clinical manifestations are hematuria, oliguria, edema, and hypertension. The vast majority of patients have a good prognosis, 90%-95% can be cured, the first to disappear is the naked eye hematuria, followed by proteinuria, edema gradually disappeared, a small number of red blood cells in the urine can last for a year or more. Acute glomerulonephritis patients do not need to be too nervous, because the overall prognosis is very good. However, good rest in the acute phase can bring better prognosis, so we must pay attention to rest in the acute phase until the disappearance of hematuria and the subsidence of edema, in order to ensure a better prognosis in the later stage. Otherwise, it is easy to recur in the process, even nephritis is not cured.
