Pink discharge and back pain in pregnancy are generally considered to be caused by ectopic pregnancy, cervical lesions, pre-miscarriage, and bleeding in the womb. 1. Ectopic pregnancy: If there is a large amount of pink discharge at the beginning of pregnancy, accompanied by severe abdominal pain, and the pregnancy sac cannot be observed on ultrasound, ectopic pregnancy is generally considered. 2. Cervical lesions: if there is a large amount of pink discharge, accompanied by vulvar itching and burning sensation, generally considered to be induced by cervicitis. 3. Pre-eclampsia: If there is a large amount of pink discharge in early pregnancy, accompanied by low back pain or abdominal pain, and it is clear that it belongs to intrauterine pregnancy, it may be induced by pre-eclampsia. 4. Bleeding on implantation: Bleeding on implantation occurs after 7 days of conception and is usually red or pink in color, and there is usually no abdominal pain. Clinical advice to women need to rule out the possibility of implantation bleeding, if necessary, need to go to the hospital as soon as possible to receive examination and treatment.
