Liver cancer makes malignant tumor occur in digestive tract, which can be metastasized through blood line metastasis, lymph node metastasis and implantation metastasis, etc. CT of liver can find out whether there is proximal lymph node metastasis or not, CT examination of liver does not find enlargement of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneum, so it is considered that there is no proximal metastasis of lymph nodes. Liver cancer metastasis can occur intrahepatic metastasis or extrahepatic metastasis, intrahepatic metastasis is more common, which can lead to portal hypertension and persistent ascites. Extrahepatic metastasis can present symptoms such as bloody ascites, cough, hemoptysis and nerve compression. For patients with malignant tumors of the liver, it is recommended to consult the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in a regular hospital to determine treatment options.
