What’s wrong with the bag in the ear?

1. Sebaceous cysts are cystic swellings that can occur in the ears due to the blockage of lipid ducts in the skin and the accumulation of sebum. The surface is smooth and non-volatile, and there is a blue-black concave opening in the center, shaped like a pimple, which can appear as bean curd or cheese-like contents after squeezing, often accompanied by a putrid smell. 2. External ear canal boil: It can appear as a long bag in the external ear canal, painful auricular traction or pain when chewing, and symptoms of pus flowing from the external ear canal breaking down. It can be caused by ear digging injury, water accumulation in the external ear canal after bathing, resulting in bacterial infection; 3. Pseudocyst of the ear: It refers to a cyst-like elevation containing plasma-like exudate inside the outer side of the earwax, with clear boundaries and no pressure pain, mostly in one side of the ear. This exudation is within the cartilage, not between the cartilage and the cartilage membrane, and may be related to the extrusion of the auricle. 4. Lymph node enlargement: Inflammation of the lymph nodes or inflammation in other parts of the body may lead to swelling of the lymphatic tissue behind the ear, which can be accompanied by painful performance in severe cases. It is also recommended to perform ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis by puncture, and if there is infection, it should be treated actively.
