The preferred anti-inflammatory for burns

The preferred anti-inflammatory drugs for burns are mainly topical anti-inflammatory drugs, and the commonly used topical anti-inflammatory drugs mainly include silver sulfadiazine cream, mupirocin ointment, and fusidic acid cream.
1. Silver sulfadiazine cream: it is a sulfonamide antibacterial drug with the dual effect of sulfadiazine and silver salt. It has antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and it has astringent effect, which can make the wound dry, crust and promote wound healing.
2. Mupirocin Ointment: It is a topical topical antibiotic for all kinds of skin infections caused by gram-positive cocci, such as boils, folliculitis and other primary skin infections, as well as eczema co-infections, ulcers co-infections, trauma co-infections and other secondary skin infections.
3. Fusidic acid cream: mainly used for skin infections caused by gram-positive cocci. After burns can be applied locally to the affected area and rubbed gently; if necessary, the affected area can be wrapped with a porous bandage.
All of the above medications should be used under a doctor’s supervision.
