Choriocarcinoma with blood HCG usually greater than 100000 U/L is a tumor with highly malignant transformation of chorionic trophoblast cells after gravida, miscarriage and full-term delivery. The main points of diagnosis are as follows: 1. persistent or intermittent irregular vaginal bleeding or coughing up blood after gravida, miscarriage, postpartum and ectopic pregnancy. 2. general physical examination with anemia and cachexia. 3. gynecological examination sometimes shows metastatic nodules in the vagina, enlarged uterus with soft texture, irregular shape and abnormal pulsation of blood vessels, etc. Choriocarcinoma is extremely malignant and metastasis occurs early and widely.
