How long it usually takes for myofasciitis to heal

Myofasciitis can be relieved after 2-4 weeks of systemic treatment and absolute bed rest, but if you continue to engage in excessive weight-bearing activities after relief, i.e., repeated straining, there is still a possibility of recurrence. Local systemic treatment includes physical therapy and medication. Physical therapy can include local physiotherapy, electric shaking, heat application, acupuncture and cupping, which can relieve local pain and reduce inflammation to a certain extent. Oral medication includes non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and drugs that activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis. If there is no obvious relief after the above treatment, we can consider local sealing treatment, that is to say, local sealing of the pain point, usually once a week, 2-4 times for a course of treatment.
