Sultitinib is a targeted drug currently in clinical trials for locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Sultitinib is a domestic targeted drug, whose target is vascular endothelial growth factor receptor. It can inhibit the growth of malignant tumors by inhibiting the production of tumor cells. The drug is currently in phase III clinical trials, and its approved clinical trials are for patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and are limited to non-resistant rare EGFR mutations, including L861Q, G719X and S768I. Sutentinib is marketed subject to rigorous completion of phase IV clinical trials, the exact effects of which are yet to be considered. Formal adverse reactions and contraindications for this drug have not been published and are subject to evaluation in clinical trials. Post-marketing use of Sutentinib needs to be under the supervision of an oncologist.
