The following tests need to be done during pregnancy: i. Ultrasound, which needs to be done several times during pregnancy to rule out fetal structural malformations, especially at 11-13+6 weeks of gestation to measure NT. ii. Systematic macroscopic screening between 22-28 weeks, which is a very important pregnancy screening. Third, regular ultrasound is needed in late pregnancy to observe whether the placenta function and amniotic fluid volume are normal, and to measure the fetal umbilical cord blood flow resistance index. Fourth, early pregnancy do secretion test and cervical cytology, blood test including blood routine, blood type, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, virus test, thyroid function, Down’s syndrome screening, etc. V. B streptococcal screening etc. should be done at 35 weeks. Sixth, weight and blood pressure should be measured at every maternity checkup throughout pregnancy, and fetal heart monitoring should be done in late pregnancy.
