Erenpine is the trade name and generic name of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, which is harmful to men in the form of altered libido and sexual dysfunction, but the adverse effects of this product are not gender specific. Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets instructions state that this product can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, abnormal urination, fatigue, elevated urea nitrogen, elevated creatinine and creatine kinase, headache, tinnitus, coughing, dysgeusia, elevated liver enzymes, myalgia, renal impairment, altered libido, and sexual dysfunction, among other adverse reactions.
