Endometriosis, as the name implies, is a disease in which endometrial tissue that is supposed to grow inside the uterine cavity runs to a location outside the uterine cavity and grows. Endometriosis of the abdominal wall is a disease that occurs in women who have given birth by cesarean section and has an incidence of about 0.03% to 0.4%. Endometriosis of the abdominal wall is not a tumor, but it has a malignant tumor-like tendency to proliferate, spread and metastasize, excluding very few malignant changes, but basically it is a benign lesion. However, according to the adjustment difference, there is significant dysmenorrhea in patients, which seriously affects health and quality of life. Endometriosis of the abdominal wall generally occurs when endometrial fragments, which are difficult to detect with the naked eye, fall on the incision and grow. Every month, with the change of hormone levels, the endometrial fragments in the abdominal wall also shed and bleed, but the blood cannot flow out and gradually accumulate every month, forming a mass, which increases in size and pain during menstruation and relieves and shrinks after menstruation. Early treatment is the fundamental treatment of abdominal wall endometriosis, controlling the development of endometriosis, determining the size and location of abdominal wall lesions under direct surgical vision, controlling their development with hormones, and promoting endometrial atrophy and degeneration, and for patients who are not sensitive to hormone therapy, surgical treatment can be used and postoperative combination with hormone therapy to prevent its recurrence. Usually, in daily life, pay attention to adjust their situation, avoid straining, maintain an optimistic state of mind, prohibit strenuous activities and heavy physical activities during menstruation, do self-care during menstruation to avoid causing endocrine changes, and avoid catching a cold.
