Endometriosis, a common disease among women of childbearing age, is one of the causes of female infertility and seriously affects women’s physical and psychological health. With the accelerated modern lifestyle, increasingly fierce social competition and increased mental pressure, coupled with women’s inattention to diet, excessive consumption of cold and irregular work and rest, the incidence has been on the rise in recent years. Zhao Ruihua, Department of Gynecology, Guang’anmen Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CACM), with the participation of Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health, Beijing Maternity Hospital of Capital Medical University, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is now undertaking the national “12th Five-Year Plan Project”. The clinical research on “sequential treatment of infertility associated with endometriosis by activating blood, draining liver and tonifying kidney” has been started, and patients with endometriosis associated with infertility are now recruited nationwide. Recruitment criteria: 1. 20-35 years old; 2. 1 year or more of infertility; 3. endometriosis or recent surgical rejection; 3. voluntary participation and adherence to medication; 4. exclusion criteria: combined fibroids >100px in diameter, adenomyosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, abnormal thyroid function, male factor infertility.
