How to treat eye cysts

Eye cysts are often associated with blepharocysts, sebaceous cysts and dermoid cysts, and can be treated with medication and surgery.
1. Early blepharocysts that are small in size are usually treated with hot compresses or massage therapy such as physiotherapy to promote dissipation and absorption. If the cyst does not go away for a long time and affects vision, it can be treated by surgical excision, in which the contents of the cyst are removed with a spatula.
2. Sebaceous cysts are commonly treated with amoxicillin, cephalosporin and penicillin, etc., which are mainly used to treat the disease through antibacterial and anti-infective methods. Surgery is an effective treatment for sebaceous cysts. For patients with combined infection, surgical excision is required after incision and drainage of the abscess and control of infection.
3. The main treatment for sebaceous cysts is surgical excision of the cysts. During the surgery, attention should be paid to avoid complications caused by the contents of the cysts flowing into the ventricular system or the subarachnoid space, and the patients need to change the bad dietary habits on weekdays.
If cysts are found in the eyes, patients should consult dermatologists or ophthalmologists in a timely manner to avoid delaying the condition and aggravating it. Pay attention to a reasonable diet, ensure adequate sleep, do not mess with the use of drugs, quit smoking and alcohol.
