Below the belly is the location of the human pelvis, and directly below the belly on the front side of the pelvis is the location of the pubic symphysis on the front side of the pelvis, and painful symptoms at this location are likely to be related to injury or inflammation of the pubic symphysis. The pubic symphysis is connected by the fibrocartilage and surrounding ligaments, and if this location is injured or stimulated by continuous pressure, it will lead to painful symptoms in this location. Pain in the bones and the soft tissues surrounding the bones is usually aggravated by local stretching and activity, and is relieved by local rest. Injury or inflammation of the pubic symphysis can be determined by local pressure. If the pain is not at the pubic symphysis after pressure, ultrasound and CT examination of the abdomen should be performed promptly.
