Hypervolemic syndrome, a serious complication of renal syndromic hemorrhagic fever. Renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever is an acute viral infection of animal origin, and the pathogen is hantavirus. In renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever, water and sodium retention during the oliguric phase causes elevated blood volume, which is manifested by panic, headache, increased blood pressure, increased pulse pressure, and hyperacusis. At this time, pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure and cerebral edema are likely to occur, which are the manifestations of hypervolemic syndrome. In such symptoms, the following treatment should be done to improve the symptoms: i) stabilization of the internal environment and control of azotemia; ii) promotion of diuresis; iii) catheterization and bloodletting treatment; iv) dialysis treatment.
