What should I do if I get bloodsick?

Bloodsickness is a condition in which a person experiences panic after seeing blood, symptoms of autonomic disorders, or even loss of consciousness. If it is difficult to come into contact with blood products in life, there is no need to deliberately overcome it. If it is a clinically related occupation and one has to be exposed to blood products, psychotherapy can be considered. Behavior modification or similar systematic desensitization therapy can be performed, dividing the fear of blood into several stages, starting from the lightest stage and gradually adapting to it, for example, by first imagining the appearance of images of blood, gradually desensitizing, and then in the final stage, one can be directly exposed to blood products. If it can be overcome in the final stage, it will gradually get rid of the problem of bloodsickness. Psychotherapy is only useful for some people, and if the results of psychotherapy are not good either, it is recommended to change the clinical position to avoid stimulation.
