The appearance of white blisters inside the eyes, if it refers to the eyelids along with redness, swelling and pain in the eyelids, is considered as blepharitis, commonly known as granuloma and pinkeye. It is a disease in which the glands of the eyelids show an inflammatory reaction. The presence of white blisters indicates that the pus has matured and needs to be cut out and discharged for disposal. If the white blisters on the eyelids are on the edge of the eyelids, and there is no other discomfort in the eyes, or if they are accompanied by a mild foreign body sensation, they may be caused by blockage of the blepharoplasty ducts. If white blisters appear on the black eye of the eye, consider the possibility of a white foreign body on the cornea or keratitis. If there is a white vesicular elevation on the white of the eye, i.e., the bulbar conjunctiva, with mild peripheral congestion, vesicular conjunctivitis is also possible.
