What are interstitial lesions

Progressively worsening dyspnea is the most common symptom of the disease, and the development of different types of interstitial lung lesions is different, both fast and slow. In addition, patients may have cough, fatigue, fever, night sweats, chest pain, rash, arthralgia, muscle pain, chills and malaise.
