Which is more accurate, enhanced CT or MRI?

Which is more accurate, enhanced CT or MRI, depends on the purpose of the test, the type of test, and the specific location and type of disease being examined. For tumor diseases, enhanced CT is usually more accurate than MRI because it is a higher level of examination, which requires intravenous injection of contrast agent on the basis of plain scan to diagnose and characterize the disease by using the difference in blood supply characteristics and signal intensity between the focal tissue and normal tissue. For head diseases, they are both diagnosed similarly. For lung diseases, the accuracy of enhanced CT is better than that of MRI. However, for soft tissue diseases, MRI is usually more accurate.
