It is not possible to wear the Lysol ring with a thick endometrium. Intrauterine placement of the Mannorrhea ring should be performed after menstruation. The Mannorrhea ring is an intrauterine slow-release system containing levonorgestrel, a highly effective progestin that can be used to treat gynecological diseases such as endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps, abnormal uterine bleeding or adenomyosis adenomyoma. Before IUI, routine endometrial scraping is recommended to exclude malignant lesions of the endometrium, and IUI is performed immediately after menstruation or scraping. Thickened endometrium is not suitable for IUD placement, because IUD is a highly effective progestin, and if the endometrium is thickened after IUD placement, it may cause longer vaginal bleeding.
