ACR is urine albumin/creatinine ratio, urine protein negative but high ACR need to identify the cause of the disease and treat the cause. It can be treated with sartans or prilosec drugs, such as irbesartan and captopril, and immunosuppressants such as glucocorticoids and prednisone when necessary.
