If it is a fungal infection caused by follicular inflammatory lesions, you need to choose antifungal drugs, commonly used drugs are miconazole cream, itraconazole and so on.
3. Contact dermatitis: allergic reaction occurs when contacting irritating or allergic substances, resulting in erythema, itching and other symptoms. Patients need to immediately stop contact with the substance, but also can use antihistamines such as loratadine to relieve allergic symptoms.
