Hypertension at the age of 33 can be reasonably treated by general treatment, drug treatment and other methods.
1. General treatment: first of all, patients should pay attention to reducing weight, which is beneficial to improving insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. Secondly, we should control the sodium intake, not more than 6g of salt per day, appropriate supplementation of calcium and potassium, eat more fresh vegetables and milk.
2.Medication:
(1) Diuretics: including including thiazides, furosemide and potassium-preserving diuretics, etc. Thiazides, such as hydrochlorothiazide, etc., can lower blood pressure by discharging sodium, reducing extracellular volume and lowering peripheral vascular resistance.
(2) β-blockers: commonly used drugs are metoprolol, bisoprolol, etc., with antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic effects, but also reduces myocardial oxygen consumption, suitable for mild to moderate hypertension patients.
(3) Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors: commonly used drugs include captopril, benadryl, etc., which have a certain degree of antihypertensive effect, can improve ventricular remodeling, reduce heart failure and other symptoms.
Specific drugs as well as treatment methods, need to be under the guidance of professional doctors, combined with the patient’s specific condition for reasonable treatment.
