Pediatric inguinal hernia hands may recur, and the probability of recurrence is increased by severe coughing, strenuous activity, or difficulty in defecation. In an incarcerated inguinal hernia, due to edema of the internal ring orifice, postoperative edema absorption leads to relaxation of the internal ring orifice and loosening of the ligature knot, which increases the pressure in the abdominal cavity in case of coughing, strenuous activity or difficulty in defecation, thus increasing the probability of recurrence. Therefore, the probability of recurrence after inguinal hernia surgery will be much higher than normal. Extra care should be taken in the postoperative period to avoid creating triggers that cause recurrence.
