Ereximab tablets are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with analgesic effect, mainly through the inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes, thus exerting analgesic effects. This drug is more selective, and its inhibitory effect on cyclooxygenase-2 is stronger than cyclooxygenase-1, and its inhibitory effect on cyclooxygenase-2 is stronger than indomethacin, slightly stronger than or equivalent to meloxicam, but lower than celecoxib. Based on the analgesic effect, Ereximab tablets are mainly used clinically to relieve pain caused by osteoarthritis, and can provide analgesic effect and also have some anti-inflammatory effect. This drug is not recommended for patients with previous gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding. For patients with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, it is prohibited.
