Spleen-stomach disharmony refers to the blockage of qi, and can be classified into Spleen-stomach qi stagnation syndrome, Spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome and Spleen-stomach yang deficiency syndrome, etc. Symptoms vary due to different disease classifications. Spleen and stomach qi stagnation syndrome is mostly caused by qi stagnation and spleen dysfunction (dysfunction of the spleen’s transportation and digestion functions).
