Cervical smear Pap grade II

Cervical Pap grade II is a description of the cervical smear results, which are divided into five grades. Among them, grade II suggests inflammatory changes in the cervix and is divided into grade A and grade B. Grade A represents inflammation, while grade B suggests that the nuclei are more obvious but not malignant, so there is no need to worry too much. In clinical practice, cervical smear is the original method to detect cervical disease. By collecting the cells shed at the cervix and then observing them under a microscope, it can find out whether precancerous lesions or early cervical cancer exist in women’s cervix. There are five levels of diagnosis, as follows: 1. Level I: normal, it is recommended to continue regular examination every three years; 2. Level II: indicates the existence of inflammation in women’s body, which can be treated with anti-inflammatory drugs, applying cephalosporin class ceftriaxone sodium, aminoglycoside class daikonin, tetracycline class doxycycline, etc.; 3. Level III: suggests the presence of suspicious cancer cells, which must be re-examined by cervical smear once again; 4. Grade IV: indicates a high suspicion of cancer; 5. Grade V: represents that the woman already has cancer. In recent years, the method of cervical smear examination has gradually decreased, and nowadays, TCT cervical liquid-based cytology is usually adopted clinically, which can clearly show the condition of women’s uterus. In addition, after the cervical Pap test, you should take a shower for a week and prohibit bathing and sexual intercourse; keep your underwear clean and should be changed and exposed to the sun every day, and the material of underwear is recommended to be soft and non-irritating cotton; avoid strenuous exercise, such as swimming and climbing.
