2. Chemotherapy: if the patient is a stage II high-risk patient, it is recommended to carry out combined regimen chemotherapy if there is no contraindication to chemotherapy in principle. If the patients are stage II general risk patients, single-agent fluorouracil chemotherapy is recommended.
