Heart-Blood stasis and obstruction (insufficiency of heart qi and obstruction of blood movement) is a syndrome in which insufficiency of heart qi and inability to transport blood leads to stasis of blood, phlegm-dampness, and qi obstruction (obstruction of qi movement) of the heart chakra, which is manifested by palpitations (accelerated heartbeat, often accompanied by heartburn), chest tightness, and heart pain.
Blood stasis obstructing the heart chakra manifests as palpitations, panic, chest tightness, tingling, pain radiating to the back of the shoulder, inner side of the arm and stopping when it occurs, with a darkened tongue or greenish-purple spots; phlegm-dampness obstructing the heart chakra manifests as heart and chest tightness and pain, with obesity, phlegm, heaviness and drowsiness; qi obstruction of the heart chakra manifests as distension of the heart and chest and pain, which is closely related to the changes in emotions and moods and a liking for sighing.
Symptoms of blood stasis in the heart need to go to the hospital in time for a comprehensive diagnosis and systematic treatment, individuals should not self-diagnosis or medication to avoid adverse reactions.
