Minimally invasive treatment of moderate to severe cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation without surgery – low-temperature plasma radiofrequency

For neck, shoulder and back pain, headache and dizziness, tinnitus and eye swelling, panic and chest tightness, upper limb numbness or anterior chest pain, acute and chronic low back pain, only a single percutaneous puncture into the degenerated and herniated disc can gasify and crumple part of the disc tissue and soften it, reducing disc compression, with immediate effect. Cryogenic plasma disc pulpal nucleoplasty is one of the best minimally invasive treatments for cervical spondylosis and early lumbar disc herniation. We have introduced advanced technology and concepts from the United States to treat cervical spondylosis and cervical and lumbar disc herniation and discogenic lumbar pain with satisfactory results and accumulated more than 200 cases of successful experience. The general hospitalization is 2~3 days with local anesthesia, the efficiency rate is 97%, and the excellent (effective in the medium and long term) rate is 81%. There are many treatment methods for cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation, but conservative treatment is long and incomplete; surgical treatment, though complete, is the last choice as a last resort. Low-temperature plasma disc nucleoplasty is a new technology that emerged in the 21st century, which is a method of precise and controlled disc decompression through plasma low-temperature ablation and thermal crinkling technology. This advanced technology first uses low-temperature plasma ablation to vaporize a portion of the disc’s nucleus pulposus in real time to reduce its volume, and then uses precise thermal crinkling to heat up the nucleus pulposus to approximately 70 degrees to reduce its volume for treatment purposes. Plasma myeloplasty enters the fibrous ring through a puncture needle of about 0.6mm in diameter, without any adverse effect on the stability of the fibrous ring and surrounding tissues. Thus, this technology has incomparable safety and minimally invasive characteristics of traditional therapy. 1.Accurate positioning. Accurate positioning under C-arm X-ray machine or stereotactic instrument, directly acting on the lesion of the nucleus pulposus, the data is accurate to less than 1mm, and the angular error is less than 1 degree, making the treatment more accurate and effective, without hurting any normal tissue. 2.No nerve injury. Due to accurate positioning, low temperature environment (40 degrees-70 degrees), operation under wakefulness and pre-stimulation test, no nerve of the patient will be damaged in the treatment. 3.Minimally invasive and green. The diameter of treatment needle electrode is only 0.7mm, just like an acupuncture needle, the whole treatment without analgesics, antibiotics, hormones, just a physical change process, no side effects on the human body, making the treatment greener and more humane. Indications: To be determined after consultation by a specialist 1. cervical spondylosis, including neurogenic cervical spondylosis, sympathetic cervical spondylosis, mixed cervical spondylosis, mild spinal cord cervical spondylosis, with the effect of cervical disc herniation as the main lesion. 2, lumbar disc protrusion (fibrous ring intact) resulting in lumbar and leg pain, soreness, numbness, etc. 3. Discogenic lumbago – black disc disease.
