Second, let your baby participate in cooking. If your child is a partial eater, let him play a hand in cooking, help wash the dishes and pass the spices. When cooking, the child can see how the meal is made, see the fruits of their labor, and will naturally feel good about the meal. Third, change the shape of the food. If a certain ingredient is something your baby doesn’t like, try changing those ingredients into something else. If the baby has recently lost interest in eggs, made into egg fried rice, omelet. Fourth, appropriate hunger, mom and dad’s attitude should be firm but not forced.
