Instructions for use of Spirinol capsules

Spironolactone capsules are itraconazole capsules, which are oral antifungal drugs. Itraconazole can inhibit the synthesis of ergocalciferol in fungal cell membranes and inhibit the production of fungal cells, and it can also cause changes in cell wall structure and cell membrane permeability, resulting in fungal death. Itraconazole can be used to treat nail fungal disease and other superficial fungal diseases. Nail fungal disease is mostly treated with shock therapy, 200mg orally twice a day for 7 days, with 21 days off for 1 course of 3-4 consecutive courses. For general skin fungal infections, continuous therapy can be used, 200mg/d for 7-14 days. Itraconazole is highly lipophilic and is effective when taken with fatty meals, such as vegetable soup. Itraconazole is metabolized through the liver, so it should only be taken by those with normal liver function, and liver function needs to be checked before taking the drug.
