What acupressure points to press for runny nose

Clear runny nose is considered to be the category of wind-cold cold in Chinese medicine, which can be relieved by applying pressure on acupoints such as Liejiao, Hegu, Fengchi, Taiyang, Waiguan, Fengmen, and Lung Yu.
Wind-cold cold can be treated in TCM by dispelling wind and relieving surface symptoms, and the acupoints on the hand Taiyin Lung meridian and hand Yangming Large Intestine meridian are usually used. Leshou and Hegu can dispel wind and relieve the symptoms; Fengchi, Waiguan and Fengmen can disperse wind and clear the head and eyes; and Sun and Lung Yu can invigorate Yang Qi and expel evils. Pressure on these points can be used to assist in the treatment of runny nose.
