What causes children to cry out for back pain

Children who cry out for back pain may have muscle strain, lung disease, abdominal disease, urinary system disease and so on.
1. Muscle injury: If the child is strenuously active or hit by trauma, it may cause muscle injury and pain.
2. Lung diseases, such as infections of the lungs and pleura, may irritate the pleura and cause chest and back pain.
3. Abdominal diseases: the pancreas is a retroperitoneal organ, and pancreatitis can cause back pain, mostly after overeating.
4. Urologic diseases: Urinary tract infections, such as pyelonephritis, can also cause back pain. Urinary stones are also a common cause of back pain.
