What is the condition of Grade III breast cancer

Grade III breast cancer, which is a progressive breast cancer, is usually combined with fusion and enlargement of axillary lymph nodes. The primary lesion in the breast will also be larger than 5 cm, and examination will also reveal significant orange peel-like changes in the breast skin with nipple depression and dimple sign of the skin. It is also possible to find nipple overflow, and if the milk ducts are squeezed in the quadrant on the side of the tumor, there is a clear overflow of bloody fluid. Stage III breast cancer should be treated with preoperative neoadjuvant therapy before opting for radical resection, and complementary treatment based on detailed pathological staging, biological behavior, and regular follow-up and observation. Stage III breast cancer patients are prone to recurrence and metastasis after surgery, so they should be followed up closely and have regular ultrasound and, if necessary, CT examinations of the breast.
