How do I turn over medical imaging materials (X-ray, CT, MR)?

When seeking medical treatment online, doctors generally want to go to the patient to provide as detailed and accurate CT, MRI, X-ray films as possible; therefore, various medical imaging data (film) retrieval becomes very important, the basic methods and steps are as follows. Equipment: (a) Digital camera: 5 million pixels or more, one shot of the entire film (flash is prohibited). (B) tripod: can support the camera’s ordinary tripod can (hand shot is often bad). (C) background light source (of course, the hospital viewing box for the best background effect): 1, window glass: daytime window glass (to no pattern pattern of woolen glass, no security net; otherwise the background will have a shadow), the window background should be: cloudless sky, not clouds, buildings, trees and other backgrounds; sunlight can not be directly on the window, in case it is reflected in the picture, interfering with the shooting effect. 2, computer monitor (screen 17 inches or more): Click “Start” -> “All Programs” -> “Accessories “-→” notepad “or” writing board “-→ open notepad or writing board -→ maximize -> Make the desktop white and brightest. (This is the gospel of the nerds and women Oh) Second, the steps: (a) shooting environment: keep the room dark (to reduce the reflection of the film indoor objects, camera body, shooting myself). (B) the placement of the film: the film is placed horizontally in front of the background light source, because the camera is normally wide > high, the film will be placed horizontally can be the largest version of the inclusion of picture data. (C) shading: use the shade to cover the excess light from the background or window glass. (D) adjust the camera parameters: resolution set to the highest, turn off the flash, set the picture color to black and white, local close-up of the lesion to open the macro. (E) lens use: It is best to use medium focal length or telephoto end, less wide-angle, so as to avoid distortion of the picture. Keep the subject film and the camera lens vertical, the film should be shot very positive; do not shoot backward, oblique, overlooking. (F) exposure: use the automatic exposure system, and set the exposure mode on the multi-point exposure or average metering, do not use spot metering. (G) adjust the shooting distance: the camera away from the film about 1 meter away, moderate stretching of the camera optical zoom to ensure that all the images of the film into the framing range, if put to the maximum can not make the image full width, you can move closer to the camera. Note: Stretching the zoom can not reach the position of the digital zoom, most digital cameras zoom will show the separation line between the optical zoom and digital zoom on the screen. The purpose is to reduce the reflection of the camera body when it is illuminated by the background light source, and to reduce the distortion of the captured pictures. (If the camera is open macro, close to the viewing light, the picture taken is not square). (H) tripod support: support the camera, so that the camera lens is aligned with the center of the film, good quality tripod, you can put the film vertically, while the camera vertical (simple tripod, the camera is not well vertical, without this method). (ix) start shooting: turn on the camera’s time-lapse function, lightly press the shutter to focus, and then press the bottom, leave the camera to avoid vibration, and wait for the camera to automatically complete shooting after a few seconds (press the shutter to hold your breath, to prevent the image from shaking). Third, shooting skills. (a) X-ray film shooting: (Do not put the film backwards, disable the flash) 1, exposure time: 1/1500 seconds to 1/60. 2, focal length: 2.8 or 3.5 (ordinary X-ray film depending on the brightness). 3, shooting mode: automatic shooting mode, portrait scene mode, flash disabled, image resolution 1280 × 960 (about 1.2 megapixels or 1.2M), image quality selection fine mode. 4, shooting distance: according to the size of the X-ray film to adjust the shooting distance, half press the shutter to focus automatically, fully press the shutter to take pictures. 5.Caution: The patient’s name, X-ray number, examination date, examination hospital, left and right, and other text and digital information on the X-ray film are generally marked on the upper and lower ends of the film and the side, and the whole X-ray film should be completely taken in when shooting in order to clearly reflect all the information. (B) MRI and CT film shooting (do not put the film in reverse, disable the flash): 1, exposure time: CT film choose 1/400, MRI choose 1/250. 2, the whole large image shooting: image resolution should be greater than 2272 × 1704 (about 4 million pixels or 4M), preferably up to 5 million pixels or 5M, to facilitate the doctor to analyze each small picture. 3.Small picture shooting: As each small film image is small, image resolution 800 × 600 (about 480,000 pixels or 0.5M, VGA); and shoot each small picture in order from left to right, top to bottom, including the text and digital information about the patient’s name, number, examination date, examination hospital, scan level, etc. marked on the top and bottom of each small film. 4, shooting mode: automatic shooting mode, portrait scene mode; image quality selection fine mode. 5, shooting distance: close shooting (photography distance of about 25cm-50 cm), enable macro or ultra-macro photography function. After shooting, import the photos into the computer and check the shooting effect with the monitor to exclude the following problems: (a) Incomplete label information around the film: All label information around the film is not included when shooting, so it is recommended to reshoot. (2) Overshadowing and unclear information around the film: The camera shakes during shooting. It is recommended to use a tripod, turn on the camera’s anti-shake function, or add a shutter cable when reshooting; (3) Unclear information around the film but no overshadowing: Focusing errors during shooting. It is recommended that when reshooting, the shutter should be pressed halfway for auto-focusing, and if the focus light flashes, it indicates that the focus is not correct, and the focus mode should be checked for correctness.
